Add functional warehouse space as quickly as possible to accommodate immediate business growth

The Result:

An expedited 10-week turnaround time on a much needed interior renovation of an existing warehouse. The GWG team used design-build methodology to maximize functional square footage while also upgrading electrical systems, improving climate controls, and enhancing the aesthetic appearance of adjacent office workspace.
