Eric Gatti
President

drives strategy, business development, and advisory services for G William Group. Mr. Gatti is recognized for his unique ability to quickly understand a client’s desired outcomes to leverage GWG’s resources to increase building owner satisfaction. 

Mr. Gatti’s hands-on approach helps guide key construction initiatives from project scope through design, delivery, and close-out. He also advises clients on property value, risk mitigation, and ways to maximize real estate assets. 

Serving as managing partner since 2015, Mr. Gatti is a GWG company lifer, starting his career here as an engineering intern and previously serving in the roles of project manager and vice president.

Steven Willard
P.E. Chief Operating Officer

leads all aspects of the capital project lifecycle from feasibility studies to project close-out.  

During a career spanning more than 35 years,  Mr. Williard has been responsible for senior-level project oversight on a multitude of commercial construction projects. These range from New York City commercial high-rises to global mega-developments in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Williard draws on his prior experience as a Big 4 management consultant to bring superior financial controls and reporting to GWG projects.

Eric Korb
Chief Administrative Officer

is responsible for various aspects of business administration including: finance, information technology, human capital, marketing, and business process optimization.

Throughout his career, Mr. Korb built fast moving, high growth enterprises, including developing and financing seven technology-based companies. He founded CADSource, the first US distributor of AutoCAD software, hardware and peripherals, later guiding it through several mergers and acquisitions on its way to becoming GE/Access, a $1 billion enterprise.

Nicholas Gorski
A.I.A, NCARB, Vice President, Operations

, manages the day-to-day aspects of GWG clients’ projects from pre-construction through post construction. Mr. Gorski draws from his previous architecture and construction experience to deliver the consultative GWG methodology. His attention to detail is a hallmark of GWG’s approach to project management, and one that puts clients at ease throughout the process.

Favorite project:

Successful completion of a 40,000 sq. ft. thin crust oven facility for a major pizza manufacturer while facing significant supply chain disruption during the COVID pandemic

Chris Guderian
Construction Director

 brings to GWG over twelve years as a skilled team leader and on site manager. Mr. Guderian has experience leading projects of all sizes, ranging from 10,000 to 500,000 square feet. 

Prior to GWG, he served as a project manager and superintendent for large excavating and contracting firms. His experience with all aspects of commercial, industrial, and recreational construction ensures GWG client projects run smoothly in the field.

Unique Skill:

An avid music lover, Mr. Guderian is a self-taught drummer from an early age by matching the sounds and sequences.

Michael Benevento
Lead Estimator

works closely with clients, outside design professionals, and subcontractors to ensure that all GWG projects deliver owner value, use quality materials, and execute best financial practices.  With more than fifteen years of construction experience, he brings his knowledge and value-added estimating methods to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

Favorite Project:

“As a big sports fan, my favorite project is the Iron Peak facility. It was my first design/build project in the sports and recreation space and incorporate indoor and outdoor fields, courts, training, and event facilities for baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, and even rock climbing.”
