Eric Gatti,
President and Managing Partner

Mr. Gatti drives strategy, business development, and advisory services for G William Group. He is recognized for his unique ability to quickly understand a client’s business needs and how the built environment supports them.

Mr. Gatti’s hands-on approach helps guide key construction initiatives from project scope through design, delivery, and close-out. He also advises clients on property value, risk mitigation, and ways to maximize real estate assets, all driven by the client’s unique perspective on investment returns.

Serving as managing partner since 2015, Mr. Gatti is a GWG company lifer, starting his career here as an engineering intern and previously serving in the roles of project manager and vice president.
