Independent Chemical Corporation named GWG its construction partner in its plans to expand its warehouse and relocate from New York to Paterson, New Jersey. The renovation of the 75,000 square foot aging facility called for modern upgrades and the addition of solar panels on the roof to help offset costs.
The city of Paterson and the State of NJ – through the GROW-NJ program of tax incentives – campaigned to attract new corporate residents to revitalize the area.
GWG worked closely with ICC to ensure investment goals and financial metrics were met on this important project for economic redevelopment.
