The Result:

A ground-up addition of a 26,500 square foot warehouse facility utilizing design-build methodology and a pre-engineered steel building to support the client’s urgent need for expansion. Renovated the existing 9,000 square foot facility for improved efficiency. Coordinated all site design, architectural engineering and permitting.
