Manage the site development and ground-up construction of a multi-purpose facility with a fixed grand opening deadline.

The Result:

Deployed round the clock shifts to address the changing project scope for a facility featuring a variety of indoor courts, outdoor fields, inflatable domes, and office and event spaces. The multiple functional spaces required an exceptionally high level of design-build coordination.
