Last Thursday, PREMIER Design + Build Group hosted a groundbreaking event for the 12 Porete Ave Warehouse owned by Invesco US and The Hampshire Companies in North Arlington, NJ. We are the Owner’s Reps for Hampshire on the project and we’re very excited to start construction on the project. Eric Gatti attended on G William Group’s behalf and it was a great ceremony with some great speeches, a ceremonial breaking of the ground with gold shovels, and good food and company enjoyed by all the partners on the project.Stay tuned for construction updates on this project and many more!
