When the final bell rings for the summer of 2023, school’s out for the students, but the GWG team is just getting started.
With only a two month turnaround time during summer break, GWG will fast track a complete renovation and interior fit out of a new lower school library space for Ranney School, located in Tinton Falls, NJ.
The project calls for demolition of two existing classrooms and an old locker room to create an airy and bright library. The new media center will feature improved functional space for collaborative and multimedia learning for the school’s youngest students.
Construction requirements include HVAC modifications, new lighting, new finishes and custom millwork to create an inspirational yet comfortable setting for learning.
G William Group serves as construction manager in partnership with Mancini Duffy on this design-build, multiple phase renovation project. A future phase, scheduled for spring 2024, addresses upper school laboratory space.
