Joseph Habib: Project Manager
Joseph is a veteran of the construction industry. Having a background as an NYC based Architect has given him a unique foundation as a Construction Project Manager. Joseph graduated Magna Cum Laude from The New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor in Architecture. Joseph is knowledgeable and experienced in the full construction lifecycle and has a wealth of experience overseeing and coordinating teams of architects, designers, engineers and construction consultants. Prior to joining GWG, Joseph and his team designed and built the Staten Island Mall Expansion (Project Cost - $120M) – a renovation of an existing 1,274,000 SF indoor shopping center as well as a 345,000 SF additional tenant building. He has also completed projects in the past, to include: Highrise towers, retail centers, schools, restaurants, community centers, governmental projects for DOT, DEP, Parks department and much more.
Joseph also directed the operations and manufacturing of a curtain wall panel company and has a special knowledge of building envelope systems of core and shell construction. His knowledge of building, zoning, ADA, safety, environmental and energy codes have allowed him to successfully manage projects from inception to completion. Joseph joined GWG in 2018.
